Profesor investigador en CIESAS Occidente desde 2012 y profesor honorario en Departamento de Geografía de la University College London.

Pionero de nuevos métodos de investigación multidisciplinaria en ciencias sociales, ha realizado aportes a la geografía de la identidad y la segregación socioespacial.
